In collaboration with TRIBOO, i-did has developed the EverUse acoustic desk screen: a circular product that absorbs sound and makes an impact. The panel features a #greengridz structure on the inside, acoustic filling made from recycled textiles, and is covered on the outside with felt made from recycled textiles.

Triboo, based in Zevenhuizen, is a leader in circular office furnishings. The company transforms “worthless” waste into valuable, sustainable products and has made a proven impact in the furniture industry. This desk screen is a perfect example of that.

i-did gives discarded textiles a new lease on life by turning them into sustainable products, such as felt, bags, accessories, and acoustic interior solutions. The production of the felt and its transformation into products takes place under one roof in The Hague. At the same time, we offer work experience to people who haven’t worked in a long time or have never worked before. In our factory and workshop, they learn new skills and build a future with greater self-confidence and prospects. In this way, together we make the world more sustainable and more socially inclusive.

The first EverUse desk screens, covered with Defence Green felt made from decommissioned military uniforms from the Royal Netherlands Army, have already been installed at Movares!
