A woolly material is created by shredding these natural cellulose fibres. Because the circular product is upcycled from waste instead of virgin raw materials, it has a negative CO2 footprint and stores CO2 in the construction in which it is incorporated. The natural cellulose fibres are gentle on the skin and not harmful to the respiratory system. It contains no harmful fibres or toxic substances such as formaldehyde and ink. Sustonable is a recycled and recyclable circular material made from recycled plastic PET bottles and natural stone. The plastic used is post-consumer to reduce the tons of plastic that end up in oceans and landfills every year. Together, TRIBOO and Sustonable are committed to the circular economy; therefore we recycle as many plastics as possible to keep them in use, out of the environment and without using new raw materials. That is why we recycle 100 PET plastic bottles per m2 of material.
