TRIBOO's Furniture Management System

The inventory is recorded and entered into the TRIBOO MMS (furniture management system).

The MMS is a software program based on a portal that contains all relevant information about the office furniture. Authorized employees can access this portal by logging in.

Each piece of furniture is equipped with an RFID tag that includes a QR code. This provides access to a portal that fully facilitates furniture management and offers a real-time overview of what is in use and where it is located—anytime, anywhere.

Comprehensive planning of activities such as service requests, issuing work orders, inventory, maintenance status, composition statements, etc.

What started with viewing a 3D printed tulip vase and then driven by commitment and enthusiasm, many more circular solutions turned out to be possible, which were eventually realized in the building. TRIBOO gave "working together on housing" a much broader dimension and a story to go with it.

Pieter and Peter find it very interesting and fun to work with TRIBOO. They deliver products that are completely in line with our circular objectives. They take us along in the development and knowledge of materials, binding techniques and modular constructions made on Dutch soil. They simply show us what it is made of and that appeals. They also help us tell "the circular story".

Massaro: 'We chose this furniture because it is made of worthless waste that would otherwise have made a negative impact on our planet. Now the waste has become cool and fun furniture. All those thousands of employees and visitors who will be using the rooms will see the story, read it, and may be inspired to do the same'.

POWER INSIDE THE WALL The patented 4-phase technology incorporated in the innovative integrated rail system ensures that this wall can supply power to electronic applications. The wall can be connected to the mains 220V which is transformed into 24V for the accessories. In addition, sockets and USB charging points can be installed on The Wall. COMPOSITION OF THE WALL The Wall is available in 35 different designs. The acoustic core of the wall is made of recycled materials from PET bottles or old clothes. For the finishing touch, you can choose from a variety of materials such as recycled wood or textiles made from the waste of pineapple plants or old fishing nets.
