TRIBOO and YIZUMI Germany Set a New World Record in Ultra-Fast 3D Furniture Printing

Today, a world record was set in ultra-fast, large-scale 3D furniture printing at YIZUMI’s innovation center in Aachen. With unprecedented speed and precision, a structure for a table and a planter from TRIBOO’s NeverEnding Furniture collection was printed using YIZUMI’s second-generation robotic printers.

Nicolai Lammert, CEO of YIZUMI Germany, and Marc van der Heijden, director and founder of TRIBOO in the Netherlands, reacted with great enthusiasm to this achievement. The record marks a new milestone in the collaboration between the two companies and underscores their shared ambition: to build a professional global network for the digital distribution of affordable designer furniture through the NeverEnding Furniture digital furniture platform.

To date, small-format 3D printers are the fastest on the market, with speeds of up to 500 millimeters per second on a maximum build size of 60x60 cm. It’s revolutionary that the large-format YIZUMI robotic printers far exceed that speed at a size of 3,000 x 3,000 cm. Thanks to smart technology, the robot can actively adapt and adjust the process during this ultra-fast 3D printing, ensuring that the furniture is always printed to perfection. And both gentlemen are convinced that it can go even faster!

This groundbreaking innovation paves the way for a digital revolution in the furniture industry. With the lowest costs in the 3D printer market, the most advanced technology, and now the world’s fastest print speed, it’s possible to print designer furniture at a lower cost anywhere in the world. And logistics distribution via the digital network ensures that furniture from the NeverEnding Furniture collection arrives at its destination in a millisecond without the use of trucks or ships. No delays, no shipping costs, and no CO2 emissions.
