From Waste to Wonders
The 3D-printed structures are made from 100% recycled material and are fully reusable as raw material for printing other pieces of furniture. The lightweight #greengridz circular tabletops can be produced in various shapes and finishes.
Less material, fewer CO2 emissions, and less waste! These motivations are the circular design principles behind every Nexus table we produce locally. The tables are made from raw materials that would otherwise have ended up as waste. The 3D-printed frames feature a lightweight #greengridz tabletop. As a result, the carbon footprint is 60% lower than that of heavy solid wood tops, and you save many kilograms of material. And material you no longer use doesn’t need to be recycled. That’s how Nexus helps reduce the waste problem.
At the end of its useful life, the Nexus can be returned to TRIBOO. The frame is ground down and transformed in both form and function. It is 3D-printed into a circular product that is in demand at that time. The #greengridz tabletops are converted into carbon for water and air filters through a pyrolysis process.
The Nexus table features a sturdy 3D-printed structure made from 100% recycled material. It is 1050 mm high, and its width ranges from 550 to 660 mm. It weighs 15 kilograms. The structure can be printed using plastics or natural fibers and is available in various colors. The lightweight tabletops are made from #greengridz and are available in a round shape with a diameter of 800 mm or 1,000 mm, or in a square shape measuring 800 x 800 mm or 1,000 x 1,000 mm. The tabletops are available in thicknesses of 24, 30, and 40 mm. An endless variety of colors, finishes, and textures is available for the tabletop’s surface.
The Pebble consists of a sturdy 3D-printed structure made from 100% recycled material. The diameter ranges from 330 to 580 mm, the height from 250 to 390 mm, the width from 400 to 640 mm, and the weight from 6 to 14 kilograms. The planters and vases can be printed using plastics or natural fibers and are available in a variety of materials, colors, and textures.
