BREEAM-NL New Building and Renovation is the hallmark for assessing the sustainability performance of new building projects and large-scale renovations in the Netherlands. With BREEAM-NL New Buildings and Renovations, buildings are assessed on nine different sustainability topics: management, health, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, land use and ecology and pollution.
