What makes this %acoustic panel special?%

The EverUse circular acoustic wall panel combines acoustic performance with sustainable material choices. The products’ environmental impact is measurable and based on the reuse of textiles, efficient use of materials, and production within the Netherlands. They feature a smart design with a lightweight #Greengridz structure on the inside, acoustic material made from recycled jeans, and i-did felt made from recycled workwear or bio-based material on the outside. By reusing these materials, raw materials and resource-intensive production processes are avoided. Specifications

The EverUse acoustic wall panel is available in the following sizes: 1200 x 1500 mm, 1200 x 1600 mm, 1200 x 1800 mm, and 1600 x 1200 mm. The panel is 60 mm thick. The rectangular shape can be customized with either square or rounded corners at the top of the panel. The structure is built using a lightweight #Greengridz furniture panel, which is upholstered with an acoustically absorbent material made from recycled textile fibers. For the exterior finish, you can choose from a range of 15 i-felt and 2 biobased-felt colors. This fabric is made from old workwear sourced from social waste streams. The colors reflect the work and identity of the organizations and are recognizable to everyone. It’s even possible to upholster the EverUse acoustic wall panel with you-felt. In that case, your own old workwear becomes the raw material for the fabric.

Specifications

i-felt is felt made from recycled textiles. By utilizing existing textile streams, a consistent, reproducible color collection is created that is suitable for use in interior design projects. The i-felt colors are carefully curated and consistently available, making them easy to use in a variety of product applications and project environments.

Biobased felt is made from natural raw materials and offers an alternative to felt made from recycled textiles. It has a calm, natural look, with colors that complement contemporary interior design concepts.

you-felt is felt made from your own old work clothes. You-felt is an experience! It gives you the opportunity to learn alongside the people in your organization while also making a practical contribution to recycling. From collecting and shredding the fabric to making felt and upholstering—you’ll be part of the entire process. And the result reflects your organization’s identity and corporate colors in your interior design. It’s a circular story you’ll never stop talking about!

What started with viewing a 3D printed tulip vase and then driven by commitment and enthusiasm, many more circular solutions turned out to be possible, which were eventually realized in the building. TRIBOO gave "working together on housing" a much broader dimension and a story to go with it.

Pieter and Peter find it very interesting and fun to work with TRIBOO. They deliver products that are completely in line with our circular objectives. They take us along in the development and knowledge of materials, binding techniques and modular constructions made on Dutch soil. They simply show us what it is made of and that appeals. They also help us tell "the circular story".

Massaro: 'We chose this furniture because it is made of worthless waste that would otherwise have made a negative impact on our planet. Now the waste has become cool and fun furniture. All those thousands of employees and visitors who will be using the rooms will see the story, read it, and may be inspired to do the same'.
