Less material, fewer CO2 emissions, and less waste! These are the circular design principles behind the TRIBOO desk. The workspace is fully customizable and features a lightweight #Greengridz desktop. This desktop is produced locally and has a CO2 footprint that is 60% lower than that of a heavy, solid desktop made of particleboard. Approximately 12 kilograms less material is used per desktop measuring 1600x800x24mm. And the MKI score sets a new standard in circularity with a score of €2.31, outperforming traditional sheet materials.
The TRIBOO desk features a sturdy base with electric height adjustment, allowing users to work while sitting or standing. It is manufactured in the Netherlands or Europe and complies with the NEN-EN 527 and NPR 1813 standards. It is available in various colors, either used or new. The lightweight desktop is made of #Greengridz. It is locally produced in various shapes, sizes, and finishes. As an add-on, an EverUse acoustic panel can be added to the workspace. This panel consists of a structural #Greengridz furniture panel, which is covered with acoustic-absorbing material made from recycled jeans. It is then finished on the outside with a fabric made from recycled textile fibers.
