PUZZL ModuBlox is a modular soft seating system that combines comfort, flexibility, and the use of circular materials. The seating elements are constructed from recycled foam, latex, EPS, lightweight #Greengridz furniture panels, and fabric. Thanks to its modular design, various seating arrangements can be created and easily adapted as a space or usage needs change.

ModuBlox is a system consisting of compact, configurable seating elements that can be used to create flexible seating solutions for work environments and public spaces. The elements can be used individually or combined to form larger sofas and seating arrangements.
PUZZL ModuBlox was developed based on the principle that seating should remain adaptable. The individual elements can be arranged in various configurations, allowing the setup to adapt to the available space and intended use. If the office layout changes or the need for more or fewer seats arises, the elements can be rearranged. This creates a flexible seating system that isn’t limited to a single space, application, or configuration.
ModuBlox uses materials sourced from existing waste streams. PU foam and latex from dismantled upholstered furniture and mattresses are processed into CircleFoam Comfort, which forms the comfortable layer of the seating elements. EPS from sources such as old electronics packaging and discarded refrigerators is also given a new purpose as a lightweight and strong structural material. Combined with #Greengridz furniture panels and textiles, this creates a high-quality seating element suitable for professional work environments.
ModuBlox’s seating comfort is provided by CircleFoam Comfort. For this, recovered PU foam and latex are reprocessed into high-quality comfort foam. The structural components utilize recycled EPS and lightweight #Greengridz furniture panels. In this way, waste materials are repurposed to enhance both the sturdiness and comfort of the furniture, without compromising its suitability for use in high-traffic areas.

Each seating element has a modular design and can be easily disassembled. No glue, staples, or permanently bonded materials are used. It consists of just four clean, single-material components that can be easily separated from one another. This preserves the value of the materials and allows the raw materials to be reused in high-quality applications at the end of their useful life.
Discarded materials that would otherwise end up in the trash serve as raw materials for the PUZZL. Foam and latex from old upholstered furniture and mattresses, discarded electronics packaging, used textiles, lightweight Greengridz furniture panels, and 3D-printed parts made from 100% recycled material come together in a single innovative circular design.
