PUZZL Pieces is circular soft seating composed of separate, reusable components. Recycled EPS, reclaimed PU foam and latex, lightweight #Greengridz furniture panels, and textiles combine to form a comfortable seating element for professional interiors. Thanks to its modular construction, the materials can be easily separated, maintained, and reused after their useful life.

Pieces is part of the modular PUZZL soft seating collection. The collection was developed for offices, reception areas, and meeting spaces where flexibility and comfortable seating are important. The individual components are assembled using reversible connectors, ensuring that the furniture is not limited to a single period of use or life cycle.
PUZZL Pieces is designed as a collection of valuable components rather than a single, permanently assembled piece of furniture. The structure consists of separate material streams that can be disassembled. This allows components to be maintained, replaced, or repurposed without having to discard the entire seating element. When the upholstery or cushioning needs to be replaced after intensive use, the other structural components remain intact.
The PUZZL collection uses raw materials sourced from existing waste streams. EPS from sources such as electronics packaging and discarded refrigerators is processed into a lightweight and strong structural material. PU foam and latex from old sofas, mattresses, and other seating furniture are recovered and reprocessed into CircleFoam Comfort. In this way, materials that would otherwise be lost are given a high-quality new application in professional seating furniture.
The seating comfort of Pieces is provided by CircleFoam Comfort within the PUZZL construction. For this, recycled PU foam and latex are processed into a new, comfortable foam layer. The recycled EPS forms the lightweight, sturdy base of the seating element. Together with the #Greengridz furniture panels and the textile upholstery, this creates a construction suitable for daily use in office and contract settings.

Each seating element has a modular design and can be easily disassembled. No glue, staples, or permanently bonded materials are used. It consists of just four clean, single-material components that can be easily separated from one another. This preserves the value of the materials and allows the raw materials to be reused in high-quality applications at the end of their useful life.
Discarded materials that would otherwise end up in the trash serve as raw materials for the PUZZL. Foam and latex from old upholstered furniture and mattresses, discarded electronics packaging, used textiles, lightweight Greengridz furniture panels, and 3D-printed parts made from 100% recycled material come together in a single innovative circular design.
