PUZZL is circular soft seating composed of separate, reusable modular components. Recycled EPS, recovered PU foam and latex, lightweight #Greengridz furniture panels, and textiles combine to form a comfortable seating element for professional interiors. Thanks to its disassemblable construction, the materials can be easily separated, maintained, and reused after their useful life.

Modular seating comfort made from high-quality materials
Segments is part of the circular PUZZL soft seating collection. The collection was developed for spaces that may change over the course of their useful life. The seating elements are compact, flexible, and modular, allowing the layout to be adapted as an organization, space, or way of working changes.
PUZZL Segments was not designed as a single, permanently assembled piece of furniture, but as a combination of separate material components. The connections are reversible, and the materials used can be separated again. This allows a component to be maintained or replaced without having to discard the entire seating unit. The design thus supports a longer service life and prevents high-quality raw materials from being wasted when a single component wears out.
The PUZZL collection uses materials sourced from existing waste streams. EPS from sources such as electronics packaging and discarded refrigerators is reprocessed into a lightweight and strong structural material. PU foam and latex from dismantled seating furniture, sofas, and mattresses are also given a new purpose. These materials are processed into new structural and comfort materials suitable for use in professional contract furniture.
CircleFoam materials form the foundation of PUZZL Segments. Recycled EPS is processed into rigid, lightweight blocks that serve as a structural frame for the seating elements. To ensure seating comfort, reclaimed PU foam and latex are processed into CircleFoam Comfort. In this way, old comfort materials are reused for the same functional purpose: providing comfortable seating in high-traffic professional environments.

Each seating element has a modular design and can be easily disassembled. No glue, staples, or permanently bonded materials are used. It consists of just four clean, single-material components that can be easily separated from one another. This preserves the value of the materials and allows the raw materials to be reused in high-quality applications at the end of their useful life.
Discarded materials that would otherwise end up in the trash serve as raw materials for the PUZZL. Foam and latex from old upholstered furniture and mattresses, discarded electronics packaging, used textiles, lightweight Greengridz furniture panels, and 3D-printed parts made from 100% recycled material come together in a single innovative circular design.
